About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical and organizational leadership for the Software Development team of approximately 4 to 6 employees
Take responsibility for detailed planning, scheduling, and resource allocation in close cooperation with Sales
Implement efficient workflows and optimize software development processes across the entire process chain
Ensure a strong service-oriented approach within the team
Advise Sales on expanding capabilities and improving customer and business acquisition
Build and develop a team that collaborates effectively and efficiently
Support, motivate, and develop team members in cooperation with HR
Develop software solutions for various industries using C#, Blazor, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core
Develop user interface features and REST APIs for the backend
Design software concepts and formulate user stories
Collaborate with customers’ key users
Support project management with requirements engineering
Conduct developer testing and code reviews
Ensure well-structured source code documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT qualification
Excellent programming skills in C#, Blazor, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core
Strong analytical skills
Proven experience managing employees is essential
Confident manner, open and clear communication, and enthusiasm for teamwork
Solution-oriented and pragmatic approach to work
Strategic mindset and drive for development
Strong sense of responsibility, execution skills, and initiative
Willingness to support team members and act as a trusted point of contact
Excellent German skills and good English skills
