About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead go-to-market launches for new products and features, from tiering and readiness through sales, customer, and market rollout
  • Measure launch results and improve subsequent launches
  • Deliver product updates, training, and sales tools including pitch decks, battle cards, talk tracks, demo stories, and FAQs
  • Track competitors, win/loss patterns, and market shifts
  • Turn competitive and market findings into regular reporting and clear recommendations
  • Shape and evolve positioning, messaging, and narrative across web, campaigns, sales, and product
  • Interview customers and prospects and communicate insights to Product and Marketing
  • Partner daily with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in product marketing, preferably B2B SaaS
  • Track record of planning and running product launches end to end, with measurable results
  • Experience building sales enablement that sales representatives use
  • Impeccable project management across cross-functional work with many moving parts and deadlines
  • Excellent collaboration, writing, and presenting skills
  • Ability to make complex products simple and persuasive
  • Experience using data and customer research to make decisions
  • Comfort using AI tools to research, write, and work smarter
  • Experience with SMB buyers, telematics, IoT, fleet, or field service software
  • Experience with competitive programs and win/loss analysis
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and product analytics tools
