About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build qualified pipeline across target accounts through cold calls, tailored email outreach, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting
  • Identify and engage engineering leaders, AI/ML teams, product leaders, executives, and other technical and business stakeholders
  • Conduct early-stage qualification conversations to assess fit
  • Partner with sales and partnerships teams on account strategy, messaging, sequencing, and handoff quality
  • Participate in active deal cycles and capture learnings for pipeline generation and qualification
  • Surface objections, resonant messaging, competitor patterns, use-case trends, and positioning signals
  • Define qualification criteria and handoff standards
  • Build the outbound playbook, including target account strategy, messaging frameworks, channel mix, sequencing, and operating cadence
  • Maintain rigorous CRM discipline and use real data to improve the go-to-market motion
  • Own customer relationships, lead deals, shape product development through customer feedback, and support growth initiatives with marketing
  • Work directly with founders, Head of Business, Head of Solutions, and marketing and sales leads
  • Generate qualified pipeline, close sourced or carried revenue, improve product and positioning, execute measurable growth campaigns, and make the GTM playbook more documented, automated, and repeatable

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–6 years of GTM experience in B2B software, developer tools, infrastructure, or a similarly technical product category
  • At least part of the experience at an early-stage company
  • Evidence of range across multiple types of GTM roles or a move from consulting into a GTM role
  • Direct accountability for revenue through pipeline generation, quota-carrying roles, and/or strategic BD driving commercial results
  • Experience prospecting or selling to technical personas such as engineers, data scientists, CTOs, Heads of AI/ML, or technical founders
  • Fluency with modern GTM tooling
  • At least one example of a workflow or automation built independently
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Persistence and consistency in outbound work
  • Curiosity and coachability
  • Commercial judgment focused on pipeline quality
  • Nice to have: experience in a Series A-C or other early-stage environment
  • Nice to have: familiarity with AI/ML concepts or experience selling to technical infrastructure buyers
  • Nice to have: experience using qualification frameworks such as MEDDIC, BANT, or similar
