About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, and milestones across concurrent initiatives
Track project progress against critical paths and flag risks, blockers, and overdue tasks
Maintain project tracking tools and dashboards with accurate status information
Follow up with cross-functional partners on outstanding actions and inputs
Prepare and facilitate recurring cross-functional meetings, including agendas, notes, and next steps
Develop, test, and refine AI solutions such as Claude skills and projects
Support project management for product launches, renovations, and discontinuations
Build and maintain Monday.com project timelines from briefs, project types, and launch channels
Maintain the Portfolio Change Management portfolio for SKU renovations, label changes, and discontinuations
Coordinate inputs for brief reviews and portfolio alignment meetings
Maintain portfolio sources of truth, including SKU lists, discontinuation trackers, and at-risk/out-of-stock processes
Improve Airtable bases and Monday.com boards through automation and tooling improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in a CPG Project Management Office (PMO) or formal project management function
Strong preference for food and beverage or other perishable/short shelf-life product experience
Hands-on experience with Monday.com, Airtable, or similar project management platforms
Curiosity and comfort experimenting with modern AI tools
Strong written communication skills and ability to produce clear, organized recaps and follow-ups
Comfort working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and evolving scope
High organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Proactive communication style with consistent follow-through and closed loops
Ownership, good judgment, and ability to know when to ask questions or escalate
Self-starter who conducts research before asking thoughtful, specific questions
Service mindset and energy for supporting a high-performing team
Direct food and beverage or perishable CPG experience is advantageous, including exposure to shelf-life constraints, ingredient sourcing timelines, or manufacturing/co-man coordination
Familiarity with product launch or innovation processes and collaboration with R&D, marketing, operations, or supply chain teams
Experience building or maintaining Airtable bases, Monday.com boards, AI skills/projects, or similar tooling workflows and automations
