About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end logistics for regional field events, including dinners, meetups, and conference activations
  • Source venues, manage vendors, handle procurement, and execute events on site
  • Run pre- and post-event sales enablement, including attendee list hygiene, sales handoff, and follow-up tracking within 48 hours
  • Track event KPIs and communicate results to Sales, Marketing, and Finance
  • Manage swag and event inventory, including sourcing, warehousing, and ordering
  • Provide executional support on ABM and Demand Gen campaigns as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Able to travel for events across the US
  • 2–4 years in event coordination, field marketing, or a comparable event-heavy role
  • Results-oriented; able to track, report, and articulate event outcomes
  • Strong vendor and logistics management skills
  • Comfortable owning budgets and procurement details
  • Comfortable using AI and marketing tooling to increase output
  • Able to operate independently in a fast, ambiguous environment
  • Experience with events tied to a sales pipeline goal, not just general brand awareness (nice to have)
  • B2B, dev-tools, or infrastructure company background (nice to have)
  • HubSpot or similar marketing automation experience (nice to have)
