About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner, consultant, and advisor to the business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in human resources management or related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources consulting C-suite executives in a technology-related business, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • 8+ years leading/managing teams
  • Demonstrated success developing progressive global strategies and driving continuous improvement of people experiences in a global workplace
  • Experience designing, facilitating, and leading people and business transformation activities with executive stakeholders and cross-functional ecosystem partners
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills across levels
  • Ability to persuade, influence, and build enthusiasm and commitment
  • Proven track record influencing, leading, and facilitating large-scale strategic initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders
  • Strong business insight and acumen
  • Ability to quickly assimilate new information and leverage data and analysis to facilitate business decisions
  • Experience working and navigating globally; direct experience in India is a plus
  • Inclusive leadership style emphasizing results and developing high-performing team members
  • Agile and continuous learner with personal resilience and ability to lead through ambiguity and change
