About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, execute, monitor, and control SAP S/4HANA projects from initiation through post-go-live
Coordinate the daily progress of functional, technical, tax, and integration activities
Track the backlog, dependencies, and delivery progress
Lead daily stand-ups, weekly meetings, executive checkpoints, and status reports
Manage risks, changes, and issues while keeping the RAID log up to date
Resolve blockers and prioritize requests with consultants, analysts, and business teams
Coordinate unit, integration, UAT, and cutover testing
Lead Fit-to-Standard, Cutover, and Go/No-Go sessions
Support users and functional teams during hypercare
Oversee SAP integrations with legacy and third-party systems via SAP BTP, CPI, Web services, RFCs, IDocs, and REST/SOAP APIs
Manage vendors, schedules, contracted scopes, and SLAs
Ensure complete project documentation and formal PMO controls
Update dashboards, operational KPIs, and milestones
Participate in operational and strategic meetings with the PMO, technical teams, business areas, and executive leadership
Ensure quality and post-go-live support, including documentation, training, and knowledge transfer

Requirements

What you’ll need

Substantial experience in SAP project management: at least 5 years for mid-level professionals and 10 years for senior professionals
Proven experience with global rollout, migration, or S/4HANA projects
Experience with the SAP Activate methodology
Practical knowledge of ABAP development factories and development management
Solid understanding of Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield approaches
Knowledge of migration tools such as SNP CrystalBridge or equivalent solutions
Functional expertise in two or more SAP modules; experience with MM, FI, CO, SD, PP, WM, EWM, DRC Inbound, and DRC Outbound is a plus
Experience working in multinational environments and on global projects
Experience with tax integrations using market solutions
Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, Test Suite), SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Fiori, and SAP Enable Now
Familiarity with OCM and user adoption and cultural change management
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, Visio, Roadmap Viewer, Office 365, and SolMan 7.2
Fluent written and spoken English for conducting meetings and producing global documentation
Bachelor's degree
Preferred certifications: PMP, SAP Activate Project Manager, Scrum Master (CSM or PSM), SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, DASM, PRINCE2, and SAP Certified Application Associate in Project Management or S/4HANA
