About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support implementation of digital-asset strategy across the Group
- Support delivery of customer-facing digital-asset propositions across Lloyds Banking Group
- Work with sales and relationship teams to enable confident customer conversations
- Coordinate input across product risk, legal, compliance, marketing and operations
- Support development of customer documentation, terms and conditions and proposition materials
- Identify and resolve execution challenges to ensure smooth delivery and adoption
- Contribute to continuous improvement of digital-asset products and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience supporting product or proposition delivery in a regulated environment
- Understanding of digital assets or strong interest with the ability to learn quickly
- Experience working with sales or customer-facing teams
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal management skills
- Comfortable operating across multiple teams and priorities
