About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in a team designing, developing, and testing modern workplace solutions for Lloyds Banking Group
Help reimagine and mature the bank’s macOS offering and support the growth of its Mac estate
Create new macOS features to improve user experience and enable colleague self-service
Challenge conventional designs and shape solutions around Mac users and their personas
Contribute to solution development based on business requirements
Work hands-on through design, build, and governance phases for solution implementation
Automate routine tasks and build, test, and deployment workflows through pipelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Required Jamf 200 certification
Knowledge of device configuration management technologies such as Intune and JAMF for macOS enterprise management
Strong experience integrating Apple technology into large enterprises
Experience managing a Mac estate of at least 1,000 devices
Strong 3rd line Mac support experience
Experience developing, designing, and testing enterprise macOS solutions in a Microsoft landscape
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender suite, and Office 365 productivity and collaboration tooling
Strong experience using Bash, Python, or Zsh scripting languages
Familiarity with Configuration as Code tools such as Terraform
Familiarity with GitOps workflows and version-controlled change management
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, AWS, or Google Cloud
Experience with CI/CD tooling such as Azure DevOps, Harness, or GitHub Actions
Preferred Jamf 300 certification
