Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships quickly and deliver exceptional service to a diverse customer base
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence engaging effectively with clients, colleagues and external partners
  • Customer-focused approach to understand individual needs and identify appropriate solutions across products and services
  • Growth-oriented outlook with drive to develop customer relationships, grow a portfolio and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborative approach to building networks and working with colleagues across the wider business
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer outcomes and representing the brand in the local market
  • Relevant, transferable experience encouraged
  • Must reside in Jersey/Guernsey or hold a right-to-work permit for Jersey/Guernsey
  • Full-time availability, 35 hours per week
