About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive performance across retention, engagement, balances, income and customer outcomes
  • Use customer, commercial, behavioural and market insight to identify opportunities and support evidence-based decision making
  • Support development and delivery of strategic roadmaps, translating priorities into clear actions and measurable outcomes
  • Shape customer propositions, journeys and engagement activity
  • Coordinate delivery across product, digital, marketing, servicing, finance and risk teams
  • Maintain momentum and remove barriers to execution
  • Champion inclusive and responsible customer outcomes, including accessibility, vulnerability and digital inclusion
  • Influence strategic priorities and improve outcomes for Later Life customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong business and commercial insight
  • Critical thinking and ability to analyse complex information, assess options and translate insight into practical recommendations
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and customer centricity
  • Comfortable interpreting customer and commercial data, identifying trends and generating insights
  • Ability to build effective relationships across multiple teams and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to operate within governance, risk and control frameworks
  • Financial services or regulated industry experience would be useful
  • Proposition development, customer journey design or customer experience improvement experience would be useful
  • Experience delivering performance improvement initiatives across large organisations would be useful
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, retention or engagement strategies would be useful
  • Experience balancing commercial objectives with customer and conduct outcomes would be useful
