  • Shape reporting strategy and influence priorities across business and technology teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years' experience delivering reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI
  • Expert knowledge of reporting best practice, dashboard optimisation and performance improvement
  • Proven experience leading and developing Business Intelligence, reporting or analytics teams, including geographically distributed technical teams
  • Strong SQL expertise
  • Experience developing and supporting reporting solutions across large and complex data environments
  • Proven track record of balancing business-as-usual services with strategic change delivery
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear delivery priorities
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments, including backlog ownership, planning and prioritisation
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence or similar tools
  • Experience within Financial Services is desirable
  • Experience working within large-scale data transformation programmes is desirable
  • Understanding of data governance and reporting controls is desirable
  • Experience with Looker or other cloud-based BI and analytics platforms is desirable
