Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support federal, state, local, tribal and territorial agencies in developing, implementing, and sustaining Radiological and Nuclear detection programs and capabilities
  • Provide information resources, processes, facilitation, and guidance on document development and strategic planning
  • Support development of plans and procedures
  • Create, maintain, and optimize Excel spreadsheets for program operations and reporting
  • Validate, clean, and standardize data for accuracy and federal reporting compliance
  • Provide analytical products to federal and contractor personnel
  • Conduct organizational studies and evaluations; design systems and procedures
  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows, streamline reporting, and improve data accessibility
  • Maintain documentation of data processes, formulas, dashboards, and reporting standards
  • Analyze complex datasets and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Conduct work simplification and measurement studies
  • Prepare operations and procedures manuals
  • Support program management and Grants program execution
  • Travel as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • 3-10 years of experience in relevant field
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Ability to obtain DHS Suitability
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Experience working as a government consultant
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and data modeling
  • Proficiency in other MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint and MS Teams
  • Willingness to travel as required
