About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsibility for project objectives, scope, budget, timelines, and reporting
  • Conducting regular discussions with clients, gathering requirements, and clarifying open points
  • Maintaining and prioritizing the development team’s backlog

  • Participating in sprint planning, refinement sessions, and reviews
  • Being available to the team for subject-matter questions
  • Supporting client projects from the initial requirement through acceptance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience managing client projects or products in agile software teams
  • Experience communicating directly with clients at both specialist and management levels
  • Ability to confidently negotiate requirements and changes
  • Practical experience in backlog management and prioritization
  • Ability to gather requirements, break them down effectively, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize them transparently
  • Basic commercial understanding, with the ability to assess and take into account budgets, effort, and contract models
  • Experience planning and managing projects over several months, for example using milestones, forecasts, risks, and reporting
  • Basic technical understanding of software development
  • Ability to communicate with developers on an equal footing and assess effort estimates
  • Independent decision-making skills and assertiveness when setting priorities
  • Enthusiasm for taking responsibility for the utilization of a dedicated development team and for developing the pipeline in collaboration with Sales
