Key responsibilities & impact

Report to LoanPro’s CFO
Serve as the first Data Analyst hire
Implement LoanPro’s data strategy by integrating data from CRM, finance, product data lake, and operations systems into Domo
Provide analytical insights to company leaders using data and business acumen
Develop and maintain clear, accurate, insightful, and outcome-oriented SQL queries, reports, and dashboards
Translate business needs and initiatives into scoped analytics requirements
Guide LoanPro’s data strategy as operations grow and potentially build a data team
Conduct exploratory data analysis and provide recommendations on key business questions
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations
Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and create ad-hoc reports
Develop deep knowledge of LoanPro software, its functions, and customer use cases
Cultivate new business relationships and maintain existing relationships with customers and partners
Exemplify excellent customer service and company values, culture, policies, and procedures
Perform other duties as prescribed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Exceptional writing and communication skills
Strong editing and proofreading skills
Comfortability with reading and understanding basic code snippets
Experience using or general familiarity with APIs, databases, or programming languages
Effective collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Onsite work is required to collaborate with other team members; remote work is at the manager's discretion and subject to company hybrid policy
