About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and deliver interdisciplinary design projects from concept through production and installation
  • Collaborate with creative leadership and Creative Directors on project delivery
  • Develop integrated project plans and oversee day-to-day task management of multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain clarity on team roles, responsibilities, and deliverables throughout project phases
  • Plan and implement efficient workflows and production processes
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, estimates, and cost proposals
  • Lead client and partner alignment discussions
  • Build and manage resource plans
  • Draft and negotiate scopes of work for clients and vendors
  • Foster relationships with global production partners, including architects, fabricators, and AV specialists
  • Monitor and report on project health using data-driven insights
  • Coordinate logistics and on-site services during installations, facilitate reviews, document punch lists, and secure approvals
  • Serve as primary client contact and maintain stakeholder communication
  • Build and sustain client relationships, including with senior stakeholders
  • Identify and negotiate additional project scope and added services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in experiential design
  • At least 3 years of experience directly managing project teams
  • Must be based in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, D.C.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be able to work hybrid (in studio/remote)
  • Ability to travel within the United States and globally for project installations and client engagements
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects from concept to completion
  • Strong scheduling, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Airtable, Jira, and 10,000 Ft.
  • Adaptability and ability to lead multiple projects in a collaborative environment
  • Cover letter required
