About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integrations between enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems
Build and support API-based integrations, automated workflows, and data synchronization processes
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, system connectivity challenges, and data quality concerns
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation, integration standards, and support procedures
Provide ongoing support for critical business systems and serve as a backup resource for integration platforms and services
Occasional travel to support business operations and stakeholders
Limited job site visits may be required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
4+ years of software development, integration development, or enterprise application experience
Experience building and consuming APIs, integrating business applications, and working with relational databases
Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as SQL, C#, .NET, Java, Python, or JavaScript
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Azure Integration Services, or similar integration technologies (preferred)
Experience supporting ERP, HRIS, CRM, project management, or construction-related business (preferred)
Familiarity with cloud technologies, CI/CD practices, and software development lifecycle (preferred)
Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, or emerging AI technologies (preferred)
Compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies
