Key responsibilities & impact

Design innovative AI projects and develop algorithms that combine accuracy, scalability, and interpretability
Prepare raw data for model training and select suitable machine learning models to meet specific requirements
Train, evaluate, and optimize models to continuously improve quality
Manage the entire model lifecycle—from development through scalable deployment in production systems
Work closely with data scientists, software developers, and subject-matter experts to create impactful, innovative solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science, or a comparable technical field
Practical experience in artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure
Strong technical understanding and genuine enthusiasm for complex AI solutions
Agile, solution-oriented approach, along with excellent communication and presentation skills
Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) and good written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
