About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the Guardicore platform in collaboration with the client’s internal team
- Coordinate operational requests between the client and Logical IT, including tickets and service requests
- Identify client needs and submit them for review by Logical IT teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience managing tickets, including ticket creation, resolution, SLA management, and related activities
- Experience in technical support
- Experience preparing technical reports
- Intermediate knowledge of operating systems
- Intermediate knowledge of networks and firewalls
- Intermediate knowledge of Guardicore, including console administration, rule creation, filtering, and related activities
- GCSA and GCSE certifications are desirable
- Strong communication skills and logical reasoning
- Proactive approach
