About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand the customer's needs and the issue to be addressed, contributing the best technical solution for the supported environment.
- Perform activities within the contracted scope, following established guidance and procedures, ensuring agreed service levels (SLA) and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare low-complexity technical documentation based on predefined templates, using collected data and information provided by the parties involved.
- Understand the department's processes, identify its repositories and applications, and ensure their use in professional activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical education in Computer Networking or a related field.
- Multidisciplinary profile (Networking/Collaboration) and willingness to expand knowledge of other technologies.
- Knowledge of technical support for network infrastructure and IP telephony.
- Experience providing on-site support to users.
- Knowledge of Cisco IP Phone.
- Knowledge of Cisco Wireless.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
- CCNA Routing and Switching / Collaboration certification is a plus.
