About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and enhance internal tools and backend services using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript
Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, migrations, and performance tuning
Build and maintain data synchronization processes across multiple systems
Design and optimize agent-first development workflows and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
Collaborate closely in a cross-functional team
Participate in short daily stand-ups and direct communication
Build clean, maintainable code and scalable architecture

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of professional experience in backend development using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript
An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development
Hands-on experience with coding agents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
English is the working language; German is not required
Nice-to-have: Experience with TypeScript and Vite or similar frontend frameworks
Nice-to-have: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments
