About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Proactively develop ideas for where and how Loopario can use AI across its products, organization, and workflows
Analyze existing company data and develop AI use cases that deliver value for customers
Help shape Loopario’s AI strategy and continuously expand it by considering value, cost, and feasibility
Advise Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams on AI-related topics and turn ideas into concrete solutions
Support the Development team in enhancing existing AI tools
Optimize AI-related processes and workflows
Monitor the latest developments in AI
Train teams on AI topics and usage, enabling colleagues to use AI independently in their day-to-day work
Develop proprietary AI tools and prototypes to quickly validate ideas
Work with the team to decide which prototypes should be pursued further

Requirements

What you’ll need

An AI-first mindset and enthusiasm for rapid developments in the field of AI
Extensive hands-on experience with Claude
Knowledge of current AI trends and tools, with the ability to distinguish hype from genuine value
Practical experience building AI tools independently
Programming skills to understand technical concepts and implement your own prototypes; C# is a plus
Strong data understanding and an instinct for preparing existing data for AI applications
Ability to explain complex AI topics clearly and inspire non-technical colleagues
Fluency in written and spoken German
Good English skills
No experience in programming or training AI models required
