About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with Design and Engineering as part of Product Discovery
- Rapidly validate hypotheses and minimize the risk of unnecessary development
- Own measurable business outcomes such as feature adoption and customer process efficiency
- Conduct continuous user interviews and data analysis
- Identify user problems and translate them into product strategy
- Ensure solutions are usable, aligned with the business model, and legally and technically feasible
- Ensure that the product delivers value to customers and generates sustainable returns for the company
- Communicate the product vision to stakeholders and maintain focus on key product goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience building digital products, ideally SaaS products
- Experience with modern discovery methods, including prototyping, A/B testing, and customer interviews
- Ability to use data for evidence-based decision-making
- Understanding of the difference between project management and product management
- Experience solving complex problems and taking responsibility for the commercial success of a product area
- Confident stakeholder communication and the ability to maintain focus on what matters most
- Experience collaborating with developers and designers as partners
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable background is welcome but not required
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally a startup
