About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement AI-powered features for the SaaS product, including LLM integrations, RAG applications, and intelligent automations
- Identify and implement AI use cases in collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams
- Select models, frameworks, and patterns such as function calling, retrieval, and agents, taking cost, performance, and maintainability into account
- Use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude to optimize development and team workflows
- Rapidly build prototypes to validate new AI ideas and select production-ready solutions
- Share knowledge about AI trends, new models, and best practices
- Work closely with Product Management, development teams, and other departments to develop AI solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, a comparable qualification, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with LLM APIs, such as Anthropic and Gemini
- Understanding of prompt engineering, function calling, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, ideally C#/.NET
- Ability to independently deliver production-ready features
- Strong understanding of clean code and modern software architectures
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly
- Pragmatic product thinking and the ability to identify where AI creates real value
- Willingness to continuously develop your skills in new technologies
- Active participation in meetings and sharing of ideas
