About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain CRM workflows and automations
- Keep leads, accounts, and deal stages up to date and clean
- Track sales KPIs such as pipeline volume, win rate, conversion rates, and sales cycle, and analyze them in regular reports
- Research and qualify target customers and build structured lead lists for the Sales team
- Create and update sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, proposal templates, and competitive overviews
- Conduct market and competitor analyses and prepare decision-making materials for the Head of Sales
- Prepare for and follow up on meetings, including agendas, minutes, action-item tracking, and follow-ups
- Document processes and identify automation opportunities in the CRM or with AI tools such as Claude
- Work directly with the Head of Sales to drive the go-to-market strategy forward from an operational and analytical perspective
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a business, data-driven, or comparable degree program
- Analytical mindset and commercial understanding
- Proficient in Excel
- Initial experience with AI tools, such as Claude, is a plus
- Structured and reliable working style
- Ability to independently complete tasks end to end
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Initial experience in a startup, consulting, or sales environment is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive is a plus
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI or Metabase is a plus
