About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work exclusively on the project to integrate the client’s environments
Serve as the technical and functional authority for back-office processes
Help define how two Protheus environments will operate as a single environment
Assess and map the back-office processes in both environments and identify differences in master data, configurations, and business rules
Propose and validate the unified solution design with the client’s stakeholders
Make functional decisions and guide the team on Protheus best practices
Configure and set up Protheus back-office modules, including Purchasing, Inventory, Billing, Finance, Accounting, and Tax (modules to be confirmed)
Support data migration, conversion, and validation between the environments
Plan and lead testing and user acceptance testing with business teams
Serve as the technical and functional reference for mid-level consultants and other assigned professionals
Review deliverables and share knowledge with the team
Escalate risks and impediments to the project manager, along with proposed solutions
Support users during go-live and the stabilization period
Document project processes, configurations, and decisions
Support user training on the new workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid, proven experience as a TOTVS Protheus functional consultant specializing in back-office processes
Strong command of back-office processes
Experience with ERP implementation, migration, integration, or environment-unification projects
Ability to map processes, lead user acceptance testing, and guide users
Ability to work independently at the client site and lead workstreams
Strong communication skills with business stakeholders and technical teams
Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Pinheiros and Osasco
