About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive, analyze, and handle tickets related to the Accounting, Tax, and Finance modules of TOTVS Protheus.
- Investigate incidents, identify potential causes, and assess the behavior of the routines involved.
- Perform functional analyses to identify inconsistencies in processes, master data, system configurations, or system operations.
- Find appropriate solutions for requests, taking into account their complexity and impact on the client’s processes.
- Follow tickets through to resolution or the necessary escalation.
- Keep tickets up to date with clear records of the analyses performed and solutions implemented.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience with the TOTVS Protheus ERP.
- Functional knowledge of the Accounting, Tax, and Finance modules.
- Experience analyzing and resolving system-related support tickets.
- Ability to investigate issues and understand the processes involved in requests.
- Strong organizational skills to manage concurrent demands and maintain service records.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with Fixed Assets in TOTVS Protheus.
- Experience handling support or AMS tickets of varying complexity.
- Experience analyzing processes involving integration between back-office modules.
