About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide tier 1 troubleshooting support to Logix employees and identify system issues for teammates and HR management
- Use vendor support and communities to gather information and provide potential solutions to the PSD team
- Review case management for new cases and respond to user requests for basic support and system issues
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and escalate support needs to other team members
- Act as a backup for HR data entry as needed
- Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation
- Provide employee training on new processes and functionality
- Maintain HR division SharePoint sites and develop new pages as needed
- Assist with reviewing, testing, and implementing HR system updates and releases
- Provide training support to system users
- Assist with vendor management documentation
- Gather information for research, audits, and data collection requests
- Assist with HR technology feature improvements and HR technology projects
- Document project discussions, next steps, and action items
- Update procedures and system documentation based on meetings and project outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline experience preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in HRIS or related technology field
- 0-1 year of experience of fundamental project management practices
- Familiarity with Human Resources functional areas is preferred
- Ability to learn system functionality quickly with guidance from management
- Beginner knowledge of Microsoft products, such as Word and Excel
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion is required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High attention to detail is required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to learn and discover existing tools and processes and apply them along with academic knowledge to achieve simple tasks
