About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research, pitch, and nurture long-term relationships with KOLs, creators, and lifestyle collaborators
- Deliver campaigns end to end, from initial concepts through physical and digital execution
- Oversee production schedules and coordinate local vendors
- Write copy and independently resolve operational bottlenecks
- Lead seasonal visual merchandising updates and product display installations across regional retail touchpoints and the flagship Experience Hub
- Conceptualize, coordinate, and execute community events, workshops, brand partnerships, and customer experiences
- Monitor local cultural and design trends
- Evaluate campaign and event performance using data and propose practical iterations
- Work alongside the Regional Marketing Manager across 360-degree marketing touchpoints
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 5 years of all-rounded generalist marketing experience across lifestyle, design, retail, or consumer goods sectors
- Proven hands-on experience in Visual Merchandising (VM), retail styling, window display setup, or physical event production
- Demonstrated aesthetic sensibility and a clear understanding of minimalist, functional design principles
- Track record of personally sourcing, pitching, and managing KOL/creator relationships in-house
- Solid project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple physical and digital deliverables concurrently
- Precise written and spoken communication skills
- Natural design discernment and care for visual harmony
- Ability to work in lean, startup environments and handle hands-on operational tasks
- Proactive, resourceful, meticulous, flexible, and adaptable approach
