About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review images and videos before publishing
- Check spelling, grammar, translation, and language accuracy
- Ensure content is culturally and contextually relevant for each language
- Identify blurred visuals, poor layouts, incorrect text placement, low-quality edits, and misleading content
- Review festivals, devotional, wishes, motivation, Suvichar, political, and trending content
- Verify language, category, tags, and metadata
- Prevent cross-language, duplicate, and irrelevant content from entering the feed
- Maintain and follow a clear QC checklist and quality standards
- Share regular feedback with creators and editors
- Track recurring mistakes and highlight creator- and language-level quality issues
- Coordinate with Content Ops, Growth, and Marketing teams during major events and festivals
- Maintain fast turnaround without compromising content quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- Strong command of the respective regional language
- Good understanding of local culture, festivals, trends, and social-media content
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
- Ability to quickly identify linguistic, visual, and contextual errors
- Basic understanding of image/video editing and design quality
- Ability to handle high-volume content during events and campaigns
- Good communication and feedback skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced content environment
- Experience in content quality control, moderation, or content operations is preferred
- Strong eye for emotionally powerful or viral content
- Awareness of Indian tier 2,3 audience’s status consumption habits
