About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create high-converting short-form ads for Meta, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

- Optimize videos for target audiences and specific platforms
Requirements
What you’ll need- Any Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in Video Editing for performance marketing or digital advertising
- Experience editing Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Knowledge of AI video generation tools and motion graphics
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual effects
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil or any regional language (Read, Write & Speak)
- Must have a personal laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection for a Work From Home setup
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
- Hands-on experience with or willingness to use AI tools such as Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, HeyGen, CapCut AI, Higgsfield, Google Flow, or similar tools
