Requirements

What you’ll need
  • PhD or equivalent in Translation Studies or related fields
  • Relevant teaching experience
  • Strong record of research or professional practice in translation
  • Experience in translation theory, practice, and related subjects
  • Ability to supervise undergraduate and postgraduate projects and dissertations
  • Ability to conduct and publish research in translation studies or related fields
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK
  • Satisfactory references and proof of qualifications held
  • Completion of a health assessment before starting work
  • Submission of an equality and diversity statement of up to one page
