About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product vision and strategy for assigned platforms, domains, or customer journeys
  • Translate business goals into outcome-driven product roadmaps with defined success metrics
  • Evaluate tradeoffs balancing customer experience, technical feasibility, and business impact
  • Lead end-to-end product development from discovery and prioritization through delivery and post-launch optimization
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog; write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and align teams on goals and outcomes
  • Track and analyze product performance using quantitative and qualitative data
  • Analyze user funnels, run experiments and A/B tests, and improve conversion and engagement
  • Champion the voice of the customer through research, feedback, analytics, and usability testing
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings
  • Align business, technology, and operations stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and expectations
  • Partner with vendors and third-party providers on requirements, implementation, and escalations
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders
  • Maintain product documentation and present data-driven insights and recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex digital products
  • Proven experience running A/B tests, experiments, or data-driven optimization programs
  • Experience with Digital Experience Platforms (e.g., PostHog, Optimizely, Google Analytics, FullStory, etc.)
  • Experience partnering with designers to conduct usability studies, user interviews, and feedback sessions
  • Experience in real estate, marketplace, or transaction-based software preferred
  • Experience in prototyping, experimentation frameworks, and evidence-based decision-making strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including presenting to leadership
  • Ability to lead complex initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Deep familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency with design and collaboration tools; Figma preferred
