About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support sales associates by drafting and reviewing documents
  • Track transaction details for compliance
  • Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction process
  • Manage all aspects of transactions for associates and clients from beginning to closing
  • Manage active files and supporting documentation for completeness
  • Prepare and maintain files for document storage

  • Schedule and present department materials at office sales meetings
  • Perform additional assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Real estate license or two years in a real estate administrative role preferred
  • Ability to obtain a real estate license if currently not licensed
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects concurrently
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Effective presentation skills and covering materials in front of a group
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Must be a resident of Minnesota or Wisconsin
  • Ability to attend company events and meetings up to nine times per year
  • Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm
