About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Commercial, Finance and Product to use analytics to shape business strategy
Ship the full stack of analytics, including pipelines, dashboards, experiments and stakeholder narratives
Build AI into analytics workflows through prompt workflows, AI-assisted analysis in Hex, faster iteration in Metabase and automation
Coach colleagues to use AI and Metabase confidently for self-service analytics
Work with leadership on commercial questions and analyze marketplace performance
Use BigQuery and Hex to identify acquisition opportunities and demonstrate platform value
Analyze how care providers use Found and conduct experiments to understand cause and effect
Work with Finance to optimize processes, ensure accuracy and support board reporting
Scope ad hoc requests, prioritize high-impact work and build self-service dashboards
Collaborate with a lean, fast-paced analytics team and company leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years in data analytics
Strong SQL skills; ability to review, question and fix AI-generated queries
Practical experience using AI tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude or Hex AI in analytics workflows
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguity
Experience influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to translate complex analyses into clear narratives
Ability to scope requests and challenge senior stakeholders when appropriate
Numerical and statistical aptitude
Ability to explain analytical methodology clearly
Marketplace or GTM experience is a plus
Experience with BigQuery, Dataform, Metabase and Hex, or comparable tools
Legal right to work in United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
