About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops around future-state vision, objectives, and business value
  • Support organizational change management strategies and plans for technology, process, and business transformation initiatives
  • Conduct stakeholder, change impact, readiness, and risk assessments
  • Design, develop, deliver, and manage multi-channel communications
  • Support benefits realization and adoption strategies
  • Establish and manage change champion networks
  • Support the design, development, review, and delivery of multi-modal training programs and materials
  • Partner with client executives, leaders, managers, supervisors, employees, and project stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle
  • Maintain organizational readiness checklists, assessments, dashboards, and implementation tools
  • Collect, analyze, and report change management metrics
  • Identify change-related risks, issues, and resistance and develop mitigation approaches
  • Collaborate with project management, functional, technical, training, communications, and business teams
  • Develop OCM strategies for AI-enabled, automated, cloud-based, data-driven, and digitally transformed environments
  • Assess workforce and organizational impacts of AI, automation, data, and modern software
  • Help clients transition from legacy systems and complex processes to modern technology-enabled ways of working
  • Support AI readiness, responsible-use, governance-awareness, trust-building, and workforce transition activities
  • Translate emerging technologies into clear, audience-appropriate messages
  • Improve OCM effectiveness, scalability, and measurability using technology, data, automation, and AI
  • Connect technology modernization to workforce readiness, operating-model changes, processes, culture, and measurable business or citizen outcomes
  • Work with Public Sector and Commercial clients on transformation initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of professional experience in organizational change management, supporting technology, process, and/or organizational transformation initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Experience supporting the implementation of at least two technology solutions, including at least one ERP implementation
  • Hands-on experience with stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, training, organizational readiness, adoption, and change risk management
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong PowerPoint, Visio, and visual communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision at client locations and contribute to consulting and project teams
  • Ability to travel and work onsite based on client and project requirements
  • Ability to connect technology modernization with workforce impacts, operating-model changes, business processes, skills, culture, and service delivery
  • Ability to understand and communicate organizational implications of artificial intelligence, generative AI, intelligent automation, cloud platforms, data, and digital services
  • Previous management consulting or technology consulting experience
  • Experience supporting Business Process Reengineering initiatives
  • Experience supporting ERP transformation or modernization programs
  • Familiarity with Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar change management frameworks
  • Project management experience, including scope, schedule, dependency, issue, and risk management
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, focus groups, readiness sessions, or collaborative working sessions
  • Experience developing or supporting change measurement, adoption, and benefits realization approaches
  • Experience supporting adoption of AI, generative AI, intelligent automation, cloud platforms, data and analytics, or digital government solutions
  • Experience with legacy systems, complex operating environments, or highly regulated processes
  • Experience supporting AI adoption, responsible AI, digital transformation, workforce readiness, or technology-enabled organizational change
  • Experience using digital collaboration tools, analytics, automation, interactive learning, or AI-enabled techniques
  • Understanding of AI adoption considerations including trust, transparency, governance, responsible use, data quality, privacy, security, and workforce impacts
  • Ability to successfully complete a background investigation for U.S. employment
