About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines
  • Translate high level business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with Scrum Masters, UX/UI Designers, and Engineering teams to ensure efficient sprint planning and execution
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, driving decisions that maximize user satisfaction and business outcomes
  • Leverage data, feedback, and KPIs to identify opportunities for product enhancement and continuous improvement
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear alignment between delivery progress and business goals
  • Participate in sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning to ensure quality, transparency, and alignment
  • Support modernization of specialty pharmacy products and features in the Patient Engagement area
  • Partner with engineering, clinical, and business stakeholders to deliver modernized capabilities that improve patient experience, operational efficiency, and pharmacy performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven success managing software products through the full lifecycle — from conception to launch and ongoing iteration
  • Experience working on data, analytics and reporting projects
  • Experience in pharmacy or highly regulated environments
  • Experience in customer engagement through digital experience design
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, and Confluence
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements, wireframes, and acceptance criteria
  • Experience working with cross functional teams including Engineering, QA, Design, and DevOps
  • Strong analytical and data driven decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
  • Preferred: Experience leading a small team
  • Preferred: CSPO or PSPO certification
  • Preferred: Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) or multi team delivery environments
  • Preferred: Exposure to UX design principles and user research methodologies
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Mixpanel
  • Preferred: Background in software engineering, cloud solutions, or data analytics
  • Preferred: Experience working on pharmacy projects
  • Ability to successfully complete a background investigation
