About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the overall OCM workstream for the Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention implementation
  • Conduct and document change readiness, stakeholder, and change impact assessments
  • Develop the OCM plan and RACI
  • Identify impacts to end users, roles, processes, systems, and skill sets
  • Develop enterprise communications explaining DLP changes and expected employee behaviors
  • Develop and execute the training strategy and training plan
  • Create TxDOT-specific training materials, including user guides, quick reference guides, videos, exercises, and related materials
  • Conduct or support training and train-the-trainer sessions
  • Track training participation, feedback, adoption, and other change metrics
  • Coordinate with OCM, Data Privacy, Information Security, business stakeholders, and the CGI technical team
  • Support knowledge transfer and transition to operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of OCM experience within the past 7 years
  • Experience leading enterprise wide change initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to personally develop change communications, training materials, QRGs, FAQs, presentations, etc.
  • Experience working across business, technical, security, and executive stakeholder groups
  • Familiarity with project management approaches and the full project lifecycle
  • Able to identify resistance and develop mitigation/adoption strategies
  • Ability to successfully complete a background investigation
  • Must be able to work in the U.S.
