About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide resolutions to questions or requests related to LPL Client Reporting Applications and software
  • Serve as a dedicated liaison for advanced Client Reporting escalations
  • Provide top-tier service and support client reporting needs
  • Collaborate with team members on multiple and overlapping client requests
  • Field client escalations and provide performance-related explanations
  • Perform transaction accounting to analyze firm-wide investment activity
  • Review and validate performance figures and resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborate with business units to correct recurring issues
  • Identify reporting defects
  • Document data quality issues, performance measures, and quality improvements
  • Implement solutions with management direction
  • Oversee existing processes and mitigate risk against future firm impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years in financial services with client facing or operations experience (comparable experience may be considered)
  • Capable of performing under pressure and adapting to changes in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, listening, and written skills
  • Strong understanding of managing investment performance data
  • Understanding of time-weighted and money-weighted performance calculations
  • Knowledge of portfolio and investment sleeve transaction accounting and reconciliation
  • Ability to interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Working knowledge of SQL Studio and willingness to learn
  • SIE, Series 99 preferred
