About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform daily and monthly quality control reviews of security master and pricing data
  • Maintain and validate mutual fund and investment product data across downstream systems
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Security Master and Pricing processes
  • Analyze sponsor documentation and update investment data platforms
  • Investigate and resolve pricing, performance, reconciliation, and valuation discrepancies
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address investment data issues and identify root causes
  • Support advisor and client reporting by researching and resolving escalated inquiries
  • Develop metrics, trend analyses, and reporting to support operational performance and risk monitoring
  • Assist with technology and process improvement initiatives, including client-facing and internal applications
  • Maintain department procedures and support continuous process improvement efforts
  • Review industry announcements and implement required updates to investment data records

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years in financial services with client facing or operations experience (comparable experience may be considered)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality
  • Knowledge of investment products, securities, pricing, transactions, and reconciliation processes
  • Experience using investment operations platforms and tools such as DataScope, BETA, BSTS, PDD, Excel, and related applications
  • Ability to interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Working knowledge of SQL Studio and willingness to learn
  • Experience communicating with internal teams and external partners
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control experience
  • SIE, Series 99 preferred
