About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and support initiatives with a material impact on LPL and its clients
  • Build strategic perspectives and lead project execution
  • Collaborate with key partners and leaders across LPL
  • Interact with advisors to receive feedback and uncover insights
  • Lead data insights and reporting for assigned projects
  • Create and deliver presentations on growth strategies, data insights, project plans, and updates
  • Execute strategy and business management responsibilities
  • Maintain key communication channels and data management
  • Work with internal partners to prepare key deliverables
  • Support Business Continuity Planning efforts
  • Manage special projects, including process improvements, data analysis/compilation, presentations, and report building
  • Drive cross-functional change efforts on behalf of the Chief of Staff
  • Develop materials and PowerPoint presentations on an ad hoc basis
  • Support planning and execution of team events and engagement activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy or management consulting, including growth strategy, growth “hacking”, innovation and new ventures, product strategy & development, or business management
  • Analytical skills to identify relevant data and insights and present them in an actionable manner
  • Superior people and communication skills
  • Superior presentation skills and ability to build a story narrative
  • Ability to make complex topics easy to understand
  • Experience merging human-centered design with growth strategy
  • Strong knowledge of the wealth management industry and how financial advisors operate their business preferred
  • Management Consulting experience preferred
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred
