About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development and execution of the IAM product strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, operations, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and actionable plans
  • Own prioritization of features, enhancements, defects, and technical dependencies for assigned IAM capabilities
  • Create, refine, and maintain epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile delivery
  • Serve as the primary product partner for Scrum teams supporting IAM capabilities
  • Support backlog management, release planning, dependency coordination, readiness activities, and post-release follow-up
  • Gather and synthesize user, stakeholder, and partner-team feedback to inform product decisions and continuous improvement
  • Monitor product adoption, delivery outcomes, and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities and roadmap tradeoffs
  • Maintain alignment on priorities, timelines, dependencies, and success measures across teams
  • Prepare product updates, roadmap materials, and progress reporting for leadership and key stakeholders
  • Partner with control and technology teams to ensure IAM solutions support security, resiliency, accessibility, and operational effectiveness standards
  • Stay current on IAM trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
  • Contribute to the evolution of product management practices within the IAM domain

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a related role within technology-enabled environments
  • 3+ years of experience working in agile delivery environments with direct responsibility for backlog management, prioritization, or product execution
  • Experience translating business needs, user feedback, and technical constraints into product requirements, user stories, and delivery priorities
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technology, security, operations, risk, and business stakeholders
  • Experience supporting delivery of enterprise platforms, internal-facing products, or shared capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Identity & Access Management, cybersecurity, or enterprise platform domains
  • Familiarity with IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, SSO, MFA, access governance, federation, privileged access, and directory services
  • Exposure to IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, or Microsoft Entra ID
