About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support to an advisor or team of advisors, including daily, monthly, and annual tasks
  • Help advisors maintain their practices and deliver positive results for clients
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Prepare materials for client meetings
  • Keep client management systems up to date with client information
  • Assist with information and documentation requirements for new accounts and transfers
  • Conduct proactive outreach to clients and advisors regarding time-sensitive activities such as RMDs
  • Manage operational account activities, including new accounts, cash management, transfers, and account maintenance
  • Assume ownership of inquiries and requests
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery
  • Educate clients on account services, capabilities, and technologies including eSignature, paperless statements, and Account View

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of financial industry experience, preferably in wealth management
  • 2+ years of experience in the client service industry supporting clients and financial advisors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with CRM applications
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective oral and written communication; able to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients, coworkers, and internal/external partners
  • Ability to analyze and research information
  • Drive, initiative, and motivation
