About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of branch experience in a branch manager, branch operations/service, or branch administration role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Series 7, 66, 9, and 10
  • 10+ years of financial services experience
  • Willingness to travel to branch offices as needed
  • Strong collaboration and client experience skills
  • Strategic agility and critical thinking
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Operational execution and process development
  • Talent management and team-building ability
  • Ability to collaborate internally and externally
  • Strong wealth management experience and a track record of recruiting and integrating advisors
  • Strong interpersonal, written, oral, presentation, and visual communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels and lead change
