About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle all enquiries relating to the ATS (Team Tailor)
  • Keep job descriptions and message templates up to date on Team Tailor
  • Add managers and external recruiters to Team Tailor
  • Manage approval flows for requisitions and job offers
  • Create job vacancy adverts on the careers page
  • Organise the recruitment inbox and answer or direct queries
  • Answer telephone queries from candidates and hiring managers
  • Gather data and update reports in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Organise documents on shared network drives and SharePoint
  • Organise weekly reports to ensure equipment is ordered for new starters on time
  • Maintain trackers and ensure data is completed accurately
  • Liaise with directors regarding new headcount roles before publication
  • Ensure processes are followed and support managers
  • Arrange meetings to align Recruitment and HR and meet SLAs
  • Advise on right to work checks and candidates’ settlement status
  • Assist with building careers pages for newly acquired brands
  • Undertake ad hoc project work

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently
  • Ability to form relationships with stakeholders
  • Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience working with Team Tailor (desirable)
  • HR Administration experience (desirable)
  • Right to work checks and settlement status knowledge
  • Driving licence not required
