About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Senior Manager, Global Share Plans in annual and cyclical share plan activity and transformation projects
  • Work with the share plan administrator and internal partner teams, including Payroll, Group Finance, Group Tax, Company Secretariat, People Partners, and Global Mobility
  • Ensure smooth operation of the share plans programme, including accurate record keeping and data maintenance
  • Provide LSEG partners with business insights through share plan data analysis
  • Support and operate regulatory processes, including share dealing permissions and market disclosures related to share plan transactions
  • Analyze data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies for further investigation
  • Collaborate with employees, People teams, external service providers, and Business Manager communities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word desirable, but not required
  • Analytical and numerical reasoning
