About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive execution of LSEG’s go-to-market strategy for the Banking customer segment
- Align with the Global Banking Community Leader in the D&A Division and LSEG’s global Sales and Account Management organization
- Drive direct customer awareness and adoption, revenue growth, and broader commercial outcomes
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders, external LSEG partners, and key customers
- Support product innovation, unlock new opportunities, and capture Voice of Customer feedback and telemetry
- Shape sales and retention strategy with SAM leadership and teams, including AI strategy components
- Define customer strategies, targets, Sales Enablement resources, and marketing plans
- Monitor execution and performance against targets and drive corrective action
- Coordinate sales execution for product initiatives, launches, and early adopter programs
- Coordinate customer feedback into Community and Product Strategy forums
- Lead product communication, knowledge sharing, and community calls
- Ensure sales teams understand LSEG’s vision, product strategy, and customer capabilities
- Resolve issues and remove organizational roadblocks with Community and Product leadership
- Participate in client engagements, displacements, and key pitch meetings
- Maintain dialogue with key client relationships to drive business outcomes
- Support Voice of Customer and telemetry capture for product and strategic planning
- Partner with Marketing on brand messaging and integrated growth campaigns
- Support product and industry training and subject matter expertise across SAM
- Drive KPIs including SAM and D&A revenue growth, customer adoption, and net sales performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree required; industry qualification and graduate degree preferred
- 10+ years of commercial / management experience, preferably in a global or internationally focused role
- Market domain experience across Banking customers, including content, analytics, and key workflows
- B2B sales experience/exposure
- Understanding of trends and themes impacting the Banking industry, including AI
- Familiarity with macroeconomic trends
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including influencing at a high level and partnering with stakeholders
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience operating in a matrix organization, including stakeholder engagement and influencing management
- Demonstrated blend of strategic and operational skills
