Key responsibilities & impact

Own and drive delivery across multiple Agile teams, aligning delivery with strategic product and technology roadmaps
Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery planning across teams
Champion Agile best practices and coach teams in Scrum or Kanban practices
Manage inter-team dependencies, risks, and resource planning across workstreams
Facilitate collaboration between engineering, product, and service teams
Engage senior stakeholders, including Delivery Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers
Provide updates on delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans
Establish and maintain delivery metrics and reporting frameworks
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Identify and resolve delivery risks, blockers, and impediments
Raise critical issues with actionable recommendations
Mentor teams and shape delivery practices across the product lifecycle

What you’ll need

Proven experience in a senior delivery lead or scrum master role within Agile software development environments, ideally across multiple teams or programs
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and scaling approaches
Understanding of project delivery governance
Experience managing complex dependencies, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at all levels
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Asana, and reporting dashboards
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification preferred
Ability to lead through ambiguity, drive outcomes, and foster team accountability
Servant leadership, teamwork, openness, honesty, and care for the work and teams
Ability to work autonomously and constructively challenge the status quo
