About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the accounting team, government authorities reporting, financial statements and tax reports, vendor payments, sales operations, billing and collection, cash flow, payroll, and internal controls
  • Manage the company’s FP&A, including annual budgeting, actual-versus-plan analysis, project monitoring, forecast updates, and manufacturing cost analysis
  • Support business decisions through financial analysis and profitability assessment
  • Provide financial reporting, analysis, and business insights to HQ and local management teams
  • Report to the CSVP Finance and Commercial

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA in Economics / Accounting or equivalent
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • 7+ years of finance experience
  • 3-5 years in a leadership position
  • Experience managing finance operations and FP&A
  • Working experience in an international company – advantage
  • Advanced Excel and BI/Reporting tools
  • Experience with SAP Business One – advantage
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, embracing diverse perspectives
  • Ability to create new opportunities with enthusiasm
  • Ability to take ownership of challenges and uphold standards
  • Ability to motivate and develop talents, achieving goals
