About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Greet customers in a friendly manner and gather information required for equipment servicing
Accurately enter service information in the Point of Sale system, eGenuity
Complete invoices, collect payments, and perform basic accounting duties with daily payment information
Keep the display area stocked and assist with add-on sales
Maintain store cleanliness to ensure a safe and healthy workplace

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Some college preferred
Minimum 2 years customer service and/or retail experience, including cashiering
Ability to communicate and work well with others
Ability to stay organized and be detail oriented
Quick learner, flexible, dependable, on time, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
No technical experience necessary; training provided
